Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using the Scriptly website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform.
3. Courses & payments
Paid courses are billed in advance. Access is personal to your account and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. Refund eligibility follows our refund policy as communicated at checkout and in the platform's help materials.
4. Code submissions
Code you submit to the practice arena is executed on third-party sandboxes and is used only to evaluate your solution. Community solutions you publish remain yours; you grant Scriptly a license to display them on the platform.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to infringe rights, distribute malware, attempt to breach our systems, scrape or republish course content, or use the judging service to run arbitrary external workloads.
6. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from the platform.
7. Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scriptly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
